Hey everyone,
So it appears that Youth Kos 2.0 has really begun to get into the swing of things. I'm proud of our growing list of contributors, and the wide range of topics we've been able to touch on.
But one of the aspects of this group that I was really excited about was the potential to bridge the gap between generations on Daily Kos. To do that, I really need your input as to what you want to hear from us.
I hope in the comments you'll step forth with some topics on which you would love to hear a perspective. To get you started, here are a few possible discussion points I would be more than happy to write about:
- What do young people feel is the civil rights movement of their generation?
- As 2012 approaches, how has young people's views on presidential politics changed?
- What issues do young people think we need to be paying more attention to?
Those are a few to get people thinking, but I really want to hear directly from our older readers. I'm excited to keep this conversation going, and can't wait to hear what discussions you are interested in having.
Looking forward to your replies,
Matt
