Itzl loves Teas. he loves it when people visit to have tea and chat, or when we go somewhere to have tea and chat, especially if we go to a convention where people dress up so he gets to dress up as well.
"Tea" is not something we do at medieval and renaissance fairs, so he looks forwards to SF and steampunk conventions and for our local airship to meet.
That's one of the things we did this weekend.
Because I neglected to take pictures this time around, here are some pictures of past Teas: Here's a picture of Itzl enjoying his own cuppa:
Here are some of the human guests at the Tea. This was the very first Tea, held in a park and called the Rose Tea because the roses were in bloom:
Here's Itzl in the laps of several guests at a steampunk Maker's Tea:
A Maker's Tea is where we gather to have tea and work on small projects and discuss making things and where to find the right kind of recyclables for the steampunk things we plan to make. At this particular Tea, we were making small terrariums ornamented with gears and other industrial scraps and bits.
Here's Itzl in his goggles, waiting for tea at FenCon in Texas:
Here he's in his favorite dawgie bag (the green one, he has a thing for green, which is odd, because according to canine ophthalmologists, dogs don't see green well):
Here's a large portion of us at the Steampunk Tea held poolside at FenCon - the only place with enough tables and chairs for us all to fit!
And here's a picture of the book I wrote about steampunk teas under my steampunk name of Cordelia MoonTea:
