California is going to join in on the biggest cap and trade system (starts in 2012). It will involved a partnership with a few Canadian provinces.

The 2010 "dumfuckistan" wave spared California. Boxer, Harris, and all other Democrats survived. California is home to the warrior Nancy Pelosi. California is home to the great governor Brown who is shaping California in many great ways. He was also the smartest campaigner in the country because of his grand slam ads against Whitman (in my opinion).
Kamela Harris is strongly urging the Appeals Court that has Prop 8 in hold to drop the stay against Walker. She understands patriotically that "justice delayed is denied". California is way ahead in high speed rail project. They will be able to construct the fastest segment of their project (the train will travel at 220 mph in that segment). Californians are looking to get in the northern section through Caltrain. Jerry Brown signed a landmark clean energy bill to make the state get 1/3 of its electricity through alternative energy sources by 2020. Here is the link for that bill. http://www.kcra.com/...
California took action against the forces of evil insurance companies by passing a law saying "oh no you don't" when the insurance companies tried to cancel child-only insurance policies. The insurance companies sure backed down from that one. Now they are moving the country on cap and trade and the fight against global warming, environment decline, and bad health due to the environment.
YAY CALIFORNIA! Thank thee for everything thou has done.
