No person of color, no thinking person,no person who hates racism should ever give Donald Trump another dime, intentionally.

I am so sick of this ridiculous looking, race-baiting phony.  May I have the pleasure one day of seeing him declare bankruptcy one more time?

Below the fold is a summary of his holdings.....

And one more thing....stop watching his stupid television show!!!!

The Trump Organization knows all about gilding the lily. Run by flamboyant, modern-day King Midas/media czar Donald Trump, The Trump Organization owns several pieces of high-end real estate in the Big Apple. Properties include Trump International Hotel & Tower, Trump Tower, and 40 Wall Street. It also owns and operates hotels, resorts, residential towers, and golf courses in major US markets and abroad. Trump Organization holds a stake in Trump Entertainment Resorts, the troubled owner and operator of the Trump Taj Mahal, Trump Plaza, and Trump Marina casinos in New Jersey's Atlantic City. Together with NBC, Trump additionally owns the Miss USA, Miss Teen USA, and Miss Universe beauty pageants.

This is just an overview....Please add to the list?

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

To the best of my knowledge, I've never given Trump a penny of my money.  It wasn't difficult to do, since my taste doesn't generally run to garish, over-priced schlock.

Even in the casino industry, where good taste hasn't traditionally been what they're known for, his casinos stood out for their garishness and lack of taste.  I actually walked through the Trump Taj Mahal not long after it opened, and reacted that this was what the Beverly Hillbillies might have thought was impressive.

And by the way, if you sort of like collecting examples of bad taste, on some vacation, visit Hyde Park, NY and visit the Roosevelt Mansion (which is tastefully understated) and the Vanderbilt Mansion right down the road (which I think Trump may have used as his inspiration for garish poor taste).

Still PROUD to be a Democrat!

bottom line and can't imagine that I ever would. I watched a few of the beauty pageants but that was 30-40 years ago.

Relatively few people visit New York or Atlantic city, but they can show support by avoiding doing business with these sponsors.

This diary from last night has contact info and more details. Unfortunately it got knocked off the rec list for another meta diary.

  •  That's the good thing about Trump (0+ / 0-)

it is relatively easy to know what things are his so one can boycott him.

It's like if it was Koch brand toilet paper, drywall, carpets, paper towels, etc.

  •  According to him, he has the highest (0+ / 0-)

rated show on television.  I think we should do something about that while we're at it.

immediately makes it suspect. In fact since he started down the birther path his ratings have tanked.

      The Atlantic

He may have gotten President Obama's attention, but Donald Trump's presidential candidacy is presumed by most people to be a stunt designed to goose ratings for his television show, "Celebrity Apprentice" on NBC. But while Trump has gotten plenty of airtime by suggesting, wrongly, that the president was not born in the United States, Nielsen rating for "Celebrity Apprentice" are lower than they were a year ago -- and dropping fast. One reason Trump's audience is abandoning him may be that, according to demographic research of primetime television viewers provided exclusively to The Atlantic by National Media Inc., a firm that places political ads on television, the audience for "Celebrity Apprentice" is among the most liberal in primetime television (see graphic above). Rather than add viewers, Trump foolishly appears to be driving them away.

In the choice between changing ones mind and proving there's no need to do so, most people get busy on the proof.
