Does anyone ever shop at Macys? I know I do! Or at least I used to! Today upon entering the store I discovered Donald Trump ties and shirts along with a giant picture of the racist birther himself. I found this highly inappropriate and told the cashier so. She agreed with me. I called them up (800-264-0069, by the way--the number is rather difficult to find), and aired my complaints. They said that if enough people complained they would do something about it, so I am going to call on folks to do something about it.
The answer is simple. Just call up Macys at 800-264-0069 (ask for "Marta"), and tell them that you do not think it is appropriate that they would display the picture of a racist in a prime spot (first floor) of their flagship store.
If I see any other instances of Trump in stores, I am prepared to do the same thing. Let's feel free to compile a list.
I do not believe Trump's actions have been at all appropriate, and he's one of those "vote with your wallet" guys. Let's face it, our wallets aren't big enough to make a difference, but our voices are.
Perhaps I should call NBC next.Updated by Poingly at Thu Apr 28, 2011 at 03:54 PM PDT

Called all of the companies on the list.
Dr. Pepper claims to have always been an advertiser. They told they would call me back on why they feel it is appropriate to continue to support the television show of a racist.
Omaha Steaks made it clear that they were featured on the show, but DO NOT advertise or spend any money to be affiliated with Trump. And the appearance was filmed quite some time ago before they were aware of current situations.
I left a message for Camping World.
