Orly Taitz needs no introduction. The so-called "Birther Queen" has sent a letter to Hawaiian state officials and filed additional court papers alleging that President Obama is committing Social Security Fraud. The not so tiny problem, however, is that Taitz's evidence supporting this allegation appears to be a forgery itself or at the very least illegally obtained.
Taitz posted on her website (www.orlytaitzesq.com) a letter that she sent to Alvin Onaka of the Hawaii Department of Health on May 4, 2011. (Note: please exercise caution in looking at Taitz's website; it's notoriously littered with malware.) In that letter, Taitz alleged, in addition to other rehashed false claims about the President's birth certificate, that:
a. Mr. Obama’s selective service certificate (Exhibit 3) shows him using a Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425
b. Social Security Verification Systems (Exhibit 4) show that this number was never assigned to Mr. Obama.
If Mr. Obama had a valid long form birth certificate, issued to him in 1961 in the state of Hawaii, he did not need to resort to using an invalid Connecticut Social Security number.
American citizens are entitled to know, whether an individual occupying the position of the President of the United States and Commander in Chief is committing Social Security fraud and elections fraud.
The Exhibit 3 that Taitz attached is the President's alleged Selective Service card. You can see that document posted here: http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/.... Taitz claims this Selective Service card was issued to Barack Hussein Obama, and includes a Social Security number, which Taitz claims is a Social Security number that Obama has used. Taitz then included Exhibit 4, which is a print out from the Social Security Number Verification System that returns a failed result for the Social Security number that Taitz claims that the President has used.
The very big problem with the Selective Service document, however, is that it lists one Lawrence G. Romo as the head the Selective Service System. Romo was President Obama's appointment to head the Selective Service System. Obama appointed Romo to that position on December 9, 2009: http://www.sss.gov/.... Before becoming head of Selective Service, Mr. Romo served various positions in the U.S. Army but was never involved in Selective Service before President Obama appointed him to head the organization. He certainly wasn't the head of Selective Service when Obama would have received a Selective Service card sometime in the 1980s.
I'm 42, and I vaguely remember receiving a Selective Service card when I was 18, and certainly not since then. It's laughably ridiculous to think the Commander-in-Chief has received one from his own Selective Service organization since 2009.
The Selective Service document pushed by Taitz is most likely a forgery, and Taitz probably knows it. She certainly hasn't shied away from asserting fraudulent crap in the past. Remember the so-called Kenyan birth certificate that turned out to be laughable fake? Even if it is legitimate, did she obtain it by legal means? The answer to that question is probably no too.
But Taitz's problems don't end there. She has also included the Selective Service document as an exhibit to a complaint that she has filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on April 8, 2011, Taitz v. Astrue, http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/....
At some point, Taitz will not only have her myriad lawsuits dismissed with prejudice but she should be investigated by the State Bar of California for abuse of judicial process and probably other violations of legal ethics, including the knowing submission of false or illegally obtained evidence. She should certainly be reprimanded by the California Bar, if not disbarred.
By the way, has she paid the $20,000 fine imposed on her by the Federal Judge Land in Georgia?
Orly Taitz. Attention seeker. Huckster. Carnival barker. A waste of time, hers and others'.

The Selective Service certificate may be legitimate -- even people close to 50 like the President might be able to get a new Selective Service card. But it was most likely obtained illegally by Taitz. For an interesting read, see the excellent posting on the Internet Crazy People site: http://crazyinternetpeople.blogspot.com/.... Fraud should also be added to the list of descriptions about Taitz.
