Tepco is also reporting that they are investigating the cooling system at unit 1 having been manually shut down just minutes after the quake.

Modified barge on the way
Workers entered unit 2 o asses damage but had o leave after 14 min due o excessive steam--same problem previously with robots
Injecting boron into unit 3--not a good sign
Revised cooling plan--
