This will be a quick diary that I may flesh out later.
According to Think Progress, the "Obama throws Israel Under the Bus" framing by conservatives may not be all that they think (not that we didn't know that).
Last week, President Obama said that “a lasting peace” between the Israelis and the Palestinians “will involve two states” and that “the borders of Israel and Palestine be based on the 1967 lines.” The American right has since accused Obama of selling out Israel despite the fact that the idea Obama proposed isn’t really all that controversial.
Ben at Think Progress asserts that "Israel’s opposition leader, Tzipi Livni, reportedly backs Obama’s rhetoric, and she chastised Israeli Prime Minster Benjamin Netanyahu for coming out against the Obama administration" and cites the telegraph.

Tzipi Livni, leader of Israel’s opposition Kadima party, also backed Mr Obama’s two-state solution and accused Mr Netanyahu of putting Israel at risk in order to save his right-wing coalition.
“The prime minister has violated relations between Israel and the United States,” she said, speaking after Mr Obama’s speech but before the Oval Office meeting. “He has endangered the security of Israel and its power of deterrence.”
A bit more from the Israeli Daily Haaretz - Tzipi Livni said :
... "ending the conflict by adopting the principle of two national states, while safeguarding Israel's security, is a clear Israeli interest."
The Kadima MK criticized Netanyahu, saying that the policies of his government vis-à-vis the Palestinian-Israeli conflict "do not serve Israel's interests."
Livni called on Netanyahu to show leadership in his visit to the United States, particularly in light of Obama's speech. She said that the prime minister must "create the necessary conditions to renew negotiations with those who are willing to end the conflict out of an understanding that a true Israeli initiative that holds weight and has American and international backing is the only answer to the dangers and the opportunities of today."
