So here I am on a Sunday evening with a glass of wine, contemplating the ongoing rape of the Greek nation by the International Banksters Union. See, it is not just the Greek bond market or the Greek economy: they are proposing to draw and quarter their national heritage to satisfy their bloodlust. There are proposals to sell the ports, the airports, the railways, the cultural heritage: everything that makes Greece Greece.
There used to be a nation called Yugoslavia: not sure what happened there, but it is no more. I suspect the same is happening to the Greeks.
Who exactly is the International Banksters Union? Certainly Goldman Sachs, that beloved "vampire squid wrapped around the face of humanity" is probably leading the charge under the aether, considering they were the ones who sold this entire bill of goods to the Greeks in the first place. But the EU is not without its own vampires, specially in Germany and France.
What is most surprising is that it is the left-wing government which wants to sell out their culture: the conservatives are in opposition. Wonder which sticks and carrots were used to get these government worthies to agree to this sellout.
Unfortunately, this sellout is not easily reversed, and will reverberate through the halls of history for the next fifty years: Greece will no longer be Greece, just a wholly-owned operation of the banksters. But then, all governments are just that to some degree, but generally this is done in the shadows. But the fornication of Greece is happening right in the sunlight, something new and bold for the banksters.
My friend is holidaying in Greece, and tells me of empty hotels and missing tourists. What he does not see are the ghosts of Greek's past. Rearing their crumpled faces along the walls of the Parthenon to see if it is really their sons and daughters who being sold to the highest bidder.
And that is what a real Greek tragedy looks like. No war, no murders. Just a slow and steady leeching that sucks nationhood out, leaving a Disney shell.
