From: Huffington Post Support
Hi, thanks for reaching out, sorry you're having issues.
We've gotten your request and someone will look at it as soon as possible, we'll usually get to today, but it might be tomorrow depending on how much research we have to do. If you haven't heard from us in 48 hours, please reply to this email just to check in.
Just in case, some common questions we get:
- If your comment has been removed and you don't know why, the most common reason is that it contained an attack against another user, individual or group. We try hard to keep the comment clean and a real conversation moving so we try to remove any attacks we see. Make sure your comments don't have attacks or insults in them and they should get published without a problem. For your reference, our comment guidelines can be found at http://www.huffingtonpost.com/....
- Sometimes odd bugs do pop up with older browsers or with "cookie" problems. If you're having a persistent bug, try clearing your cache and if that doesn't work, try using an up to date browser like Firefox.
All the best,
The HuffPost Community Team
Watch those attacks and insults, folks. You might hurt someone's feelings (in my case, the President's).
The odd bugs who continually pop up on Huffington Post are called moderators.
Never have I experienced such inept online facilitation. Forget it.
