8:28 PM PT: Looks like they're taking a ganja break in SD-08 and SD-18....
8:29 PM PT: While we're waiting, I'll point out that 100% of precincts are counted in the Olsen-Clark race. The final tally was Olsen 52, Clark 48. PPP's poll had the margin at Olsen +3.
8:33 PM PT: It's not up on the AP, and their website is slammed, but 11 more precincts came in from Winnebago, putting King up by 1,100 votes. It's out of reach for Randy Hopper.
8:34 PM PT: For the record, there hasn't been an update from Waukesha County for two hours. Just sayin'.
8:35 PM PT: The AP finally updated, but they haven't called SD-18 yet. Still, there are just 3 precincts left and King leads 51.10% to 48.90%. Hopper's done.
