I am committed to not smoking. I have not had a single drop of tobacco or tobacco product in my blood. No e cigs, no nicorette, not that I haven't thought about it a lot.
I know I sound like a broken record but... my body is playing games with me and is in cahoots with my addiction. I am now convinced that the extra poundage that I have gained will be or already has caused me to have diabetes type 2. I have no proof of this, nor do I want to get it confirmed or denied.
I want this fat to disappear. I have done "Slim Fast", with a weight watchers red box dinner, no snacks, I have exercised and lost inches on my bike, and I'm up to five miles a day. I even have 2 lb weights that I routinely use for upper body work outs 2 times a week. Five times a week on the stationery bike. I swear this is all true and in the last 2 weeks I have lost 2 lbs. That's it. This has been going on for 2 weeks... starvation, exercise, exercise and starvation.. eating small portions of food several times a day.
I need help, a body trainer, someone that knows what they're talking about, I need a plan. The last time I quit, I had 5 pounds that stayed on me for 4 years and the week I started to smoke again they melted off. Please , WTF.. HELP!
