I was just checking out the diary list and noticed a name we should all be familiar with, and all pay attention to. Our presence has been graced by a very important media figure, and we're not even paying attention.
Robert Greenwald, through his company Brave New Films produced several of the most important documentary films during the Bush Administration.
As the 2008 elections approached, he turned his focus to shorter videos, primarily highlighting the unreported/under reported aspects of various Republican candidates. Several went viral, putting McCain on the offensive in ways that Candidate Obama would not do personally.
Since then, his focus has been exactly where you would expect it to be, on the evils perpetrated by the wealthy and powerful and sleezy, from teabaggers to the Koch brothers to private prisons to the War in Afghanistan to energy companies to health care reform to keeping an eye on Karl Rove.
Please, give Robert Greenwald some love.

We all complain about the dreadful media in this country, and here's a guy reporting on huge issues we want the world to pay attention to, and we shamefully ignore him. I'm as guilty as anyone else.
Let's pay attention to what Robert Greenwald has to say, and be sure everyone we know hears and sees what he has to say, too.
***Full discolusre: This endorsement was completely unsolicited. I have no connection to Robert Greenwald other than thinking his work is valuable and important.
