We said it should have never been built there. Today the 5.9 earthquake hit at Mineral, Virginia not all that far from The North Anna reactor. Here's onereport about the attempted cover up when the reactor was built:
"Louis Zeller, the League’s legal representative, said that Dominion covered up evidence of a geologic fault in the 1970’s and that they now want a variance because they cannot meet safety standards. Zeller said, “Fool us once, shame on you; fool us twice, shame on us.” The League plans to press the seismic dangers and other safety and environmental problems created by the proposed third reactor."
Corporate America has no motivation other than profit. They provide "services" for profit. The values are backwards. Peoples needs and their safety should come before profit. They evacuated the Pentagon and the Capitol Building but what do you do about a reactor? Read on below for more.
