This won't be much of a diary, but I checked and no one's got a diary up about Lee this afternoon. While I don't have all the cool graphics like weatherdude, I've got a couple from the NHC.
I'm sitting here outside of my office (cuz that's where I get internet) in the rain and wind and so I figured I'd post. I know we have quite a few Kossacks from around the affected areas, so I figured I put this up and anyone can post more info in the comments if they have it!
Come below for some camaraderie!
Tropical Storm Lee is still sitting right below the coastline of Louisiana. It's taking it's sweet time because of a high over Texas and Northern Louisiana that's keeping it almost stationary*. So while that may seem to be good, what it means for those of us down here is that Lee is already upon us but he's just sitting on us dumping large amounts of rain and wind continually.
(*This is info I've gleaned from our local news outlets because I don't have internet at home, so I don't have time to do the research needed to do this -diary- post more justice.)
Anyway, my SO, LaEscapee, and I are located just north of the lakes in SE Louisiana, and we've been under TS Watch since yesterday afternoon and had various tornado warnings and watches since then as well (Watch til at least 10pm tonight). We have already gotten well over a foot of rain since midnight last night, so my area is pretty much a lake now. The wind hasn't been too bad; not terribly steady, but a few strong gusts, which they say will get a little worse once it does come ashore and passes us (we'll be to the east of the eye).
There are various power outages, not us so far, but I suspect there may be a few more once Lee actually makes its way on shore.
Here's the track pic from the NHC:

Anyway, if you're in the affected area and just want to give info on your area - please do! Or if you just want to chat about Lee join in the comments!
4:52 PM PT: I understand that weatherdude, our intrepid Dkos weather guy, is taking cover at the moment from a TS Lee spawned tornado warning. Hopefully, he's safe and will be around soon!
