This group started with a comment I made in Saturday hate mail-a-palooza.

I'm thinking about starting a new group here
for people like myself who go sewer snorkeling in the Wingnut blogs. For us Saturday hate mail-a-palooza seems ordinary, or some weeks even a little tame compared to all the hate filled nonsense we see. We watch Wingnut America frothing at their keyboards on a daily basis. We're fascinated frightened and amused all at the same time as we've become observers (and troll sometimes) in these festering spawning grounds for a proto-fascist political sub-culture. A hate filled subculture that is making a determined effort to displace the dominate political culture and traditions in the U.S. right now. Know thy enemy.

Others expressed some interest so I'm going ahead and starting the Subversive Agitation Team Action Network or S.A.T.A.N. for short (that name and acronym should make evangelical right wing pluses quicken).

To get the ball rolling I dug up a real Gem to share with all of you. This one comes from a 9/11 thread at Fox Nation from one of their Moderators:

NEVER FORGET

Hanging over the entrance to one of the national socialist (the English translation of that other N word) concen tration camps is a sigh that reads “Arbeit Mackt Frei”. This means: work makes free and was, of course, a socialist lie! Beneath the lie hangs a sign that reads in English: “Never Again”.

We can’t know where we are going without a true and accurate understanding of where we have been. D-baggers and frogs have been attempting to rewrite history for decades and since both houses of Congress were taken over by D-baggers half way through W’s second term this country has been in the proverbial ditch without a compass to anything but feudalism.

Those of the House of David in America and in many ways their partners in the annals of time; African Americans need to get a clue. We conservatives would empower you rather than enable, in the case of some of you, your sloth and eventual slavery, those of you of the House of David should know just how that turns out! Follow your best leaders and help to bury the lies, duplicity and double standards of the D-baggers and frogs!

Please note: progressives = progs = frogs!

Also, brain like a Bee Bee in a boxcar, is beyond redemption. If he or she is not on the soaring vulcher’s payroll he should be; he has the same contempt for righteousness, honor and honesty; they both probably consider these attributes to be racist and ‘hateful’!

This Fox Nation Moderator doesn't quite compare to Meteor Blades does he?

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
