From the Seattle Times:
It's now been decided that it's OK for World Vision to hire only people who believe in the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost.
All three or you're fired.
The courts ruled it was legal for the Federal Way-based relief agency to fire three workers because they failed a belief test. The case wrapped up Monday when the U.S. Supreme Court elected not to take it up, ending it in World Vision's favor.

Apparently, it's pefectly legal, as the law gives religious groups the ability to exclude. Which seems like an oxymoron. "We are very religious so we get to treat people like crap and it's OK."
But I don't think The Founding Fathers would approve. And you know how much the Tea Party reveres The Founding Fathers.
"The civil rights of none shall be abridged on account of religious belief or worship" - James Madison
"Believing with you that religion is a matter which lies solely between man and his god, [the people, in the 1st Amendment,] declared that their legislature should make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof " - Thomas Jefferson
So I imagine that tea partiers all across the land are scurrying around making signs, organizing protests and dusting off those tri-cornered hats.
I eagerly await the demonstrations that will surely follow once the folks who want their country back get wind of this. And as long as more than ten of them show up the media will be all over it.
