The Koch brothers have tried to select leaders for the Black community for years. The only folks who used the phrase 'high-tech lynching' were those Blacks supported by the Koch brothers.
Clarence Thomas and now Herman Cain have said they were victims of high-tech lynchings. Both have connections to the Koch brothers.
Addicted to Koch!

It is amazing that two Black men with concerns that clash with those of most Black Americans are supported by the Koch brothers who seem to have a vested interest in dividing the US. It appears to me that the Koch's want to create a Black leader who is able to tell Black America whatever serves the interests of the Koch's themselves. When they need a convenient foil on the Supreme Court to support things like Citizen's Untied, Bush v. Gore, etc., there's Clarence. When a Black voice is needed to tell Black Americans they've been brainwashed into voting for the Democratic party, there's Herman.
Conservative white republicans should not select or propose leaders for the Black community. To the extent they are successful, that community is hurt.
