Saturday is my day to share some postive ways for dealing with the stresses of life. Trying to quit smoking is a biggie. I hope that with this yoga series someone can benefit from my methods for dealing with life's challenges in a positive way. Let me know you were here=).
Namaste! Welcome to Saturday morning. Let's start today off by being gentle with ourselves. Stretch, yawn, drink a glass of water, and take some deep breaths.
The best things you can easily do for yourself today is take some deep breaths once in a while and drink 2 liters of water. When you start small by attending to what your body needs and build on it, you will feel better over time.
If you are feeling blue or need a pick me up, here are some ideas to help. Reach out to others by giving a compliment, write a short email to someone, give someone a hug today or a pat on the back will do, make someone laugh, listen to someone or just the sounds around you. Or later tonight get four glowsticks and tape each one on the arms of a ceiling fan....turn it on, lie back and enjoy the show.
I'm glad you are here today. Try a few of these ideas.....maybe even utilize that dkos message inbox. Its fun to open up dkos and have a message waiting...especially if its something nice =) Give it a shot, let's move happy karma forward.
