Called races: KY-Gov (Beshear, D) | KY-AG (Conway, D) | KY-Ag Commish (Comer, R) | KY-SoS (Grimes, D) | KY-Auditor (Edelen, D) | KY-Treasurer (Hollenbach, D) | OH Issue 2 (good guys) | ME Question 1 (good guys)
7:16 PM PT: Nothing on the AZ SoS site yet, but Greg Giroux says that Russell Pearce is down 53-45.
7:21 PM PT: MI-HD-51 recall: Now 74% in, recall now failing 50.6-49.4.
7:22 PM PT: Can't see how MS's personhood amendment won't go down to a crashing defeat. It's 60-40 against with 43% reporting.
7:24 PM PT: In Erie County, NY, Dem Mark Polloncarz has taken a 200-vote lead with 28% reporting. In Monroe County, NY, incumbent Maggie Brooks is up 12 with 44% in. Nothing from Suffolk County, NY. (These are all county executive races.)
7:24 PM PT: Houck up 196 votes in SD-17. Two precincts left. One good for us. One bad.
7:31 PM PT: In the Virginia state Senate, Dems have held the line downstate, including in SD-01 (Miller), SD-21 (Edwards) and SD-38 (Puckett), with only Reynolds in SD-20 losing so far. Control rests on Edd Houck's narrow lead in SD-17 and NoVA Dems coming through. The major points of concern there are Toddy Puller in SD-36 and Dave Marsden in SD-37; Mark Herring in SD-33 and George Barker in SD-39 (whose narrow victory got us control in 2007) are looking a bit better. Our one pickup opportunity, the newly created SD-13, has not really come through (though hopefully may in future cycles), with the GOP out to a 56-44 lead.
7:36 PM PT: AP calls MS Init 26 (personhood amendment). Measure fails by broad margin, 58-42.
7:39 PM PT (Kaili Joy Gray): The liveblog continues in thread #9.
