From the bottom of my heart, thank you to an uncommonly gentle reader who has chosen to remain anonymous for the gift of a lifetime subscription.
The message simply said, "Thank you for R&BL!"
My message is simply this, "You're welcome!"
And to all the R&BLers, gentle readers each and every one, thank you for reading, commenting, writing, and suggesting. I think, due to the support of Followers and the output of Contributors, Readers & Book Lovers has become a self-sustaining Group, supported by its fans.
This is a good thing.
No Group should be the "child" of its creator; it should be a stand-alone entity, a creature of a hundred faces and minds, a cauldron of ideas and opinions, and in the case of R&BLers, a place to pull up a chair and read some of the best damn writing to be found anywhere on the Web.
To whoever the generous person among you is, please know that I shall enjoy your present every day of my life, and every day I shall remember to silently thank you in my heart. Thank you.
