A good question, a reasonable question. Let's start with a quick visit there... newtgingrich.com - go ahead, give it a try. What did you find?
I don't know how this sort of thing works, or how long it will last, but the link immediately redirects us to a selection of related websites. Here are a few: Tiffany's, Freddie Mac, articles about Gingrich's imploding campaign, or about how his campaign resembles nothing more than a book tour, Newt's InTrade standing (11.3% chance right now) - each time you click, the link changes.
I call it brilliant. If some kind soul will help me find that kid from The Simpsons going "ha ha!," please do...it belongs right here. Update: thanks, Virgomusic!
If I were you, I'd share the bejeepers out of this puppy.
Happy merry season!!
Update: from Lost and Found, in the comments:
His official campaign site is newt.org. There's an NPR blog post about newtgingrich.com that ran a couple of days ago.
That was really dumb of him not to grab newtgingrich.com while it was cheap and available. If he wins the nomination this site could haunt him throughout the campaign.
Keywords: cheap, really dumb.
