As Republicans put the finishing touches on their
video database of President Obama's every utterance so they can use it against him, Mitt Romney is
on board with the strategy:
“I’ve been watching some clips of President Obama, then candidate Obama, when he was going across Iowa four years ago,” Romney said. “And the promises were just non-stop of all the great thing he was going to do: heal the nation, bring us together, repair the nation and repair the world.”
To recap, that is Mitt Romney—a guy who rarely holds a belief for four months at a time, let alone four years—criticizing someone else for not having 100 percent succeeded at something they probably didn't actually even say they were going to do four years ago, and which Romney's own party actively tried to prevent.
