Has anyone noticed that neither Texas Presidential candidate, Rick Perry nor Ron Paul has offered any plan whatsoever for job creation initiatives for the American people? Nor has neither man put forth viable options for jump starting an ailing U.S. economy.
Let's just say that it is good news when the good people of Texas learn a lot about the politicians who take an oath to serve them. This apparently happens when Texas Republicans run for national offices. Why is it that this is the only time in which the good people of Texas realize that their elected representatives have no use for them?
Go figure. Cross posted on Texas Kaos.
It seems that both Texas candidates Perry and Paul are far more obsessed about social "issues", also known as thinly veiled bigotry that include homophobia, misogyny and racism.
Jobs? Rick Perry and Ron Paul will say there are plenty of jobs in Texas.
But Texas is only a tiny part of the good ol' U.S. of A.
I guess when a Party is completely choked, beholden and stuffed into the pockets of the 1% it has little if anything to offer the other 99%.
Worse, a morally bankrupted and ethically challenged GOP seems compelled to auto default to Karl Rovian campaign tactics of fear, smear and hate.
Rick Perry on gays in the military.
Rick Perry stumbles all over himself when asked about abstinence programs in Texas schools.
How is it that Texas voted an idiot into office?
AGAIN?
Did everyone get the message? Texas has the third highest teen pregnancy rate in the U.S. But according to the Governor, sexual abstinence programs that are an utter failure, and then some, are successful according to disingenuous 1% tools called Rick Perry and the Texas Republican Party.
Ron Paul crashed, burned and melted when subjected to the bright lights of a CNN reporter's questions about his racist newsletters. Dr. Paul said he had absolutely nothing to do with the newsletter's publication of course. I guess the devil himself wrote the hateful filth rags. Dr. Paul folded and fled from the truth.
Meanwhile, Rick Perry, an intellectual lightweight, as we all now painfully know, called out his religious right wing attack dogs to smear Mitt Romney.
Mitt Romney, a ruthless venture capitalist whose firm, Bain Capital, was responsible for throwing thousands of people out of work deserves to be attacked. But not for his religion.
Mitt Romney should also be held accountable for his anti-democratic right wing puppet masters called the super attack pacs.
Meanwhile, after character assassination hit jobs kill off an opponent, the ever oily flip flopping Mitt, thinks he can come off smelling like a rose.
One has to wonder about the Republican Party. Apparently it does not believe it can win elections without having to resort to hate talk and bigotry. That and it feels the need to keep certain folks away from the voting polls.
The Republican Party = the Party for of and by the 1%.
Occupy the GOP.
