I have not had the privilege of meeting TomP in real life, but I have been reading him for five years. If there is a better man who stands stronger for workers and the middle class I have not heard of that man. He fights against any and every form of discrimination, whether he belongs to the group or not. When the battle is toughest, you find out who is really committed to the fight. There has been an ugly war raised by the wealthy against workers since Reagan! We did not start this fight and it has nothing to do with envy, but we, the vast majority of voters, will surely finish it !
The simple fact is that the fate of the middle class and workers has been inextricably tied to the power and strength of unions ! Workers' rights were derived from those engaged in collective bargaining which has a proud history tied to Martin Luther King jr whose birthday we celebrate Monday. Nobody has done a better job fighting for the middle class, workers, and unions than TomP. His recent diaries are a great reflection of his character. You can tell a lot about a man based upon what he fights for. TomP has a superabundance of character.
I expect that Mr. One Percent, the corporate raider, aka Willard, will be the Republican nominee for President , competing against President Obama who fights for the middle class and the poor. Willard's record at Bain proves how unworthy he is to become President. Buying companies, firing the workers, looting their pensions and expecting the government to replenish those pensions and selling it for millions of dollars, leaving workers, their families, and their towns devastated ! Really ? That's despicable!!! TomP has done an outstanding job of bringing that to light. I wanted to thank him for this service publicly ! Thank you very much, TomP ! Let us keep up the good fight , for our cause is just and we shall prevail!!!
