California is on the verge of making history. On Tuesday 12/31 California Sate Bill 810 - the California Universal Healthcare Act will come up for reconsideration. The first time up for a vote it received 19 yeas and 15 nays with 6 state Senators not voting. It needs 21 votes to pass and be sent to Governor Brown.
