Short news flash.
Bloomberg tweeted this story late, so it may miss some deadlines.
Nevada AG Catherine Cortez Masto is one of a handful of Attorneys General you might count as skeptical of the pending Obama Fraudclosure Settlement.
She created a list of 38 Questions she wanted answered before the settlement deadline, originally Friday February 3.
The list (I can't help saying 38 Special) is pushing the date back again, to February 6.
States were given more time to evaluate the proposal, which may total $25 billion, after at least one asked for a delay, Geoff Greenwood, a spokesman for Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller, said today in a phone interview.
Sounds like there are some... er... issues the settlement does not address.
