People complain that watching golf tournaments is boring, but they have more action than this does. At what point does CNN decide that maybe giving the results on the 11:00 news is enough coverage?

As Rachel Maddow was pointing out tonight, this whole thing is one massive shitshow with problems in just about every state with the Republican Primary.

Remember when it used to be that we were the party of chaos and disorder? I feel though that for whatever problems we Democrats have had in the past, we were never incompetent.

Paul is winning in Hennepin and Ramsey Counties but the turnout seems really low there.

Here is a little anecdote to drive the point.

A software engineer colleague of mine in St Louis was actually surprised that I didn't believe in Creationism - even though he knew I'm from an eastern religious background. We are talking about a well educated and smart software guy, mind you.

Gingrich wasn't on the ballot. A lot of Gingrich's voters probably voted for uncommitted, but, a lot probably had Rick as their second choice, giving Rick a lot more votes than expected because of Gingrich not being on the ballot.

...what do tonight's results mean...I ask in complete seriousness...no sarcasm. Will this mean anything for Santorum, or will it be easy for Willard to spin it away? Personally, I'm happy for this to go on as long as it takes...I mean, that's hypocritical in a way, i guess, because I wanted Hillary to give it up months before she did back in 2008...but I want the GOP nominee to be battered and bloody as hell coming out of this.
