I personally would have preferred more notice, but as George Clooney is going to be there, I'll make an exception.
The American Foundation for Equal Rights will be live-streaming a star-studded reading of the play "8" on YouTube tonight. "8" was crafted by Dustin Lance Black entirely out of trial transcripts from the Federal District Court trial Perry v. Schwarzenegger which found California's Proposition 8 denying the right to marry to LGBT citizens unconstitutional.

Pitt will playing Judge Vaughn Walker (how flattering to him, huh?) and Clooney will play lead co-counsel David Boies to Martin Sheen's Theodore B. Olson.
Among the other stars participating will be Christine Lahti, Jamie Lee Curtis, Matthew Morrison, Matt Bomer, Kevin Bacon, John C. Reilly, Campbell Brown, Chris Colfer, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Rory O’Malley, George Takei, Yeardley Smith, Vanessa Garcia, Jansen Panettiere, James Pickens, Jr. and Bridger Zadina.
My personal favorite casting has to be Jane Lynch, who personifies evil as Sue Sylvester on Fox's Glee as another personification of evil: National Organization for Marriage's Maggie Gallagher. I fear stone-cold Sue will still bring too much warmth to the role.
It's all part of AFER's dastardly plan to get America inside the courtroom to see for themselves why those darn activists judges ruled the way they did. Guess unlike National Organization for Marriage and the other marriage equality opponents, AFER is confident people will agree with Judge Walker and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
The livestream begins on YouTube or at American Foundation for Equal Rights at 7:30 PST (that's 10:30 EST for me in NYC).
I think our stars beat their stars. No word yet if washed up teen heart throb Kirk Cameron will be posting a rebuttal video.
