A message to ALL quitters. You don't have to avoid GUS if you have a failed quit. We won't give you a bad time and we consider the failed quits as "practice" for the real quit.
Good morning! Let's start with our 5 deep breaths. Sit up straight and place your hand on your belly. You should let your lungs fill until your tummy pushes out against your hand, then slowly exhale. Repeat. Lower your shoulders and roll your neck. Listen to your body. Does anything hurt? Focus on the sore area and slowly work that muscle. Give it a massage. If needed take some ibuprophen for the ache. The important thing is to wake up and pay attention to what your body needs. Please try to drink 8 full glasses of water today. Ok, sit up straight. Hold your legs out in front of you and make circles with your ankles. Roll them around. Point and flex those feet.
If youre feeling up to it, stand up and touch your toes. If you really feeling up to it, do a lunge on each leg. You will feel great and have a great day as well!
I enjoy organizing. I love colored files and my "things to do" list. When my papers are in order, I know that my life is in order, and I feel good. When I feel good, I can relax. When I am relaxed, I am more productive in school, as a mother, as a partner, and in all aspects of my life. This is a short message about your style for decluttering and how you learn new information:
What is your learning style quiz?
What is your clutter trying to tell you?
Here is a nice vinyasa. Just try what you can, you dont have push yourself. The positions are not about perfection, unless you are a devoted yogi. Just try it and see how you feel.
There are a ton of them on you tube, itunes, and from your local library. Yoga is something that is very cheap to do. No special equipment except if you would like a mat.
Thank you for reading my diary. I feel so fortunate to have a group of people allowing me to share things about myself. I have had alot of fun doing this diary each Saturday morning.
Namaste.

("Seriously, it doesn't have to include specific elements or require all sorts of fabulous diary formatting skills. The regulars will make sure stuff gets carried over from diary to diary, so if you want to just tell your story and host for a few days hours, that's cool too.") (h/t Vctnld)
