Yesterday the Orlando Newspaper reported:
Zimmerman says Trayvon "punched Zimmerman in the nose, he [zimmerman] fell to the ground and Trayvon got on top of him and began slamming his head into the sidewalk"
Wow, that must have been one hell of a punch for a fist (6pounds?) to be able to knock a 200+pound man off of his feet completely. If that really happened, then GOOD for Trayvon because if some paranoid freak with a gun was stalking me, I'd want to knock the b@st@rd off of his feet too.
Zimmerman's other claim is that while Trayvon Martin was on top of him, bashing his head into the sidewalk, Zimmerman called for help and, at some point, managed to get his gun out of his holster and shoot Trayvon in the chest.
That would mean that blood from Trayvon was dripping downward onto Zimmerman. So, was Trayvon's blood the blood police saw on Zimmerman's nose and head?
The police report says the black male was lying face down on the ground with his arms under his body."
Weeell ... If Zimmerman was under Trayvon when he shot Trayvon with his 9mm gun, how hard was it for Zimmerman to roll out from under Trayvon in a manner that left Trayvon face-down with his arms under his body?
If Trayvon was bashing Zimmerman's head onto the sidewalk when Zimmerman shot him, then how did Trayvon's arms end up under his body? Wouldn't Trayvon's arms have been extended?
If Trayvon was on top of Zimmerman bashing his head on the sidewalk when Zimmerman shot him with a 9mm gun, wouldn't Trayvon have been knocked backward, just a little bit, and perhaps fallen on his side (not face down)?
From 911 Call:
Time stamp:
2:09, Zimmerman says Trayvon is running.
2:20, Sound of wind in cell phone.
2:23, Dispatcher asks, "are you following him"
2:25, Zimmerman says, "Yeah."
2:26, Dispatcher says, "Ok we don't need you to do that."
2:28, Zimmerman says, "Ok."
From time 2:09 through 2:28 only 19 seconds had passed. Meaning, Zimmerman was anywhere from as short as an 8 second walk from his SUV to as long as a 19 second walk away from his SUV.
The call ended at Time Stamp 4:04 which is 1 minute and 36 seconds, or 96 seconds, after Zimmerman said, "OK"
Since Zimmerman was, at most, 19 seconds away from his SUV when he said, "OK" - Zimmerman should have been in his SUV by the time his 911 call ended, 96 seconds after he said "OK."
So, how did Zimmerman end up in people's BACK YARDS as opposed to being in his SUV?
Remember, Zimmerman claims that as he was walking back to his SUV Trayvon came up from behind, had words with Zimmerman, punched Zimmerman in the nose which knocked Zimmerman off his feet and Trayvon jumped on top of him and started bashing his head in ... but ... how?
Why did it take longer than 96 seconds for Zimmerman to get back to his SUV when he was only, at most, 19 seconds away from his SUV?
So here's MY theory:
Zimmerman was UNLawfully stalking Trayvon. He approached Trayvon and Zimmerman tried to play self-appointed police man demanding Trayvon answer questions. At some point, Trayvon turned to run home, Zimmerman jumped on him and held his gun to Trayvon's back as Trayvon called for help.
Most likely, Trayvon was trying to get Zimmerman off of him and Zimmerman shot him in the back.
That would explain why Trayvon was face down with his arms under his body and why he had not fallen over on his side, as one would if they were shot by a 9mm Lugar at point-blank range.
