Then whichever one of us shoots first and most accurately wins and walks.
The other loses and is buried.
It could go either way: I live, you die; or you live, I die.
The law, apparently doesn't care one way or the other:
Lacking evidence, either outcome is equally legal, valid, and irrelevant.
I kill you: I walk; You kill me: you walk.
I always liked those old western movies where the only law was the law of who could draw first, aim steady, and shoot straight.
Not sure I like that as the rule of law today.
