Do we have to lie? Do we have to be truthy? Are we now interested in only the essence of truth, or "It sounds plausible!".
Rick Santorum received his Dan Savaging honestly. He really is King Tool of the Toolshed.
He is everything that honest people, moderates especially, duck from.
Now we have this question of whether he MEANT to say something or not.
He didn't say "nigger" until he actually says it.
We have a diary quickly scrolling off the list where someone makes an apology for George Zimmerman, conveniently adding half "nigger" syllables throughout the apology.
We also have people here all over the place making all sorts of speculations about Zimmerman.
Not to mention the "Did he say, fucking coon?" or not.
The thing is, no one needs to speculate. The evidence is there in plain sight. He killed an unarmed boy after chasing him. When you chase someone, when you BRING the fight, how can you argue self defense.
Just like Santorum, we don't need to make up shit or "hear" certain things. Just go on the facts.
Whether Ricky MEANT to say it can't be an issue because it's not reality, it's not what truly happened.
That would be like saying, hey hippy, I bet you like to spit on cops, so I, Officer Nahsofrendlee are going to preemptively kick your hippy ass.
If that Officer used that excuse in court, we'd have his pigskin for Thanksgiving Football.
Are we not the reality based community? Can we not use the facts alone...it's really low hanging fruit in EACH of these incidences. Don't be so lazy.
Thus endeth the rant, but I reserve the right to add more or rewrite at my leisure.
P.S. - I refuse to write "the N word" because it is childish. I am using what others have said. I don't apologize for writing it because I AM NOT THE ONE saying it, nor would I EVER use it as I have no right to. Please unwad all undergarments before chastation.
