Introduction
The United States is not France.
There. Everyone that understands this fact can now skip ahead to the next chapter.
For those of you who still think the United States is France please educate yourself as to why it isn't.
The United States Supreme Court recently shouted this fact at the top of its lungs. But apparently no one except me heard.
Well that is not entirely true. I know someone that heard it too. He admitted it in public but yet again no one seems to have heard that either.
Written law
We are now getting into deeper subjects and I cannot explain it all in tiny articles here. So feel free to consult other material. Some great outside reading material is geared for the outdoor types. It is called Who has the legal right to fish?
Just the first few pages will do.
If you don't accept what I am about to write go back to that link and start reading.
Under written law actions are illegal based upon what the law SAYS.
v.
Under common law actions are illegal based upon what the law MEANS.
Common law
The only party that can really tell you what the law really means in the U.S. is the Court. The Court looks at all kinds of information when it comes to its conclusions. And now it is time for the super PACs and their donors to run for the hills and hide.
The Courts look at the intention of Congress when it wrote the law.
#1 Federal individual contribution limits is the law and intention of Congress.
#2 No Court says you can evade that limit by giving to a third party.
#3 In fact, the U.S. Court has ruled contributions to a third party are subject to regulation.
And guess what regulation means?
Disclosure and limitation.
