You have to admire Orly Taitz for being persistent. Last month, she filed a civil RICO suit against Obama in Mississippi. Now, it looks like she's greasing the wheels for additional civil RICO suits.
Orly has posted a series of supposedly incriminating documents on her Web site, and urges her followers to send them to their secretaries of state and demand Obama get booted off the ballot. Otherwise, they'll get slapped with a civil RICO suit themselves.
If you'll recall, the gist of the Mad Moldovan's "logic" is that two sites created to keep track of smears against the president are part and parcel of Obama's fraud. She also claims that calling Taitz out amounts to witness intimidation. Gee, I didn't know the president lost his right to defend himself when he took the oath of office.
Orly might be asking for it with this latest round of suits, though. Her constant filing of legal action against Obama could actually be a crime in some states. For instance, the Mississippi Democrats responded to the RICO suit filed in that state by demanding to know who was bankrolling her crusade. Seems that if someone else is indeed funding her numerous legal actions, that person could be guilty of champerty and maintenance. One can only hope someone has the same balls that the Mississippi Democrats had in calling her out.
