I saw her for barely a second, she didn't deserve to be in the top 15 (contestants).
It's moments like this where certain kinds of men reveal themselves to be sexists.
The Miss USA contest consists of 3 parts: Swimsuit, Evening wear, and Interview (researching that was not pleasant, given my opinion of these pageants).
But for Trump, apparently he only needed to see the woman for barely a second. Trump's the kind of guy who excuses away beauty pageants by saying it's also about character. It's not, not for him.
The woman in question sounds like no hero. In fact, after Trump sized her up, and after the competition, she seems to have renounced her title as Miss Pennsylvania 2012 because next year a transgendered person will be permitted to compete. Granted, this is found in an email the Trump/Miss USA group gave the media, but who knows. Who cares anyway. Whether a man is sexist towards a cruel woman or whether he's sexist towards a decent woman, it's still sexism towards women.
Now she's claiming the entire thing is rigged anyway.
Trump is threatening to sue her.
They probably deserve each other. I suspect that as with most things Trump, you may never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.
But really, Trump? You get a little peeved at this woman, your blood pressure goes up a few degrees in an interview, and you let that kind of thing slip out in the name of resentment and your attempt to cheapen and degrade her? That's just amateur hour, and now I start to see George Will's point about your intellect.
I saw her for barely a second, she didn't deserve to be in the top 15 (contestants).
You arrogant chauvinistic douchebag.
You're just going to come out and tell everyone that's how you operate with respect to women?
And you're trying to help Romney by campaigning with him?
The more Romney campaigns with Trump, the harder it will be for anyone to believe he isn't aware of Trump's sexism.
And the conservative war on women and women's rights and women's dignity marches on...
