Folks, I was at the event last night when the President was supposedly booo'd.
The crowd was yelling Yooooooooouk!  On the video, you'll notice a second wave of Yooooouk! After the President mistakenly thinks we were saying Boooo!
The second wave of Yoooooouk! Was an attempt to tell him we were not booing, but we were Yoooooooouking (I just made a new verb!).
Any Red Sox fan who was in that room was not at all confused by this. And like other White Sox fans in the future, the President will soon become familiar with the Yoooooouk chant whenever he comes to bat, or when he makes a good play in the field.
This whole Faux Offense that the Romney clowns have taken proves that they absolutely have no clue about being a Red Sox fan, or that they are clutching their pearls in an attempt to create this BS story line. Or both.
When we drove home from the event, we even discussed how the President got it wrong and how he will understand what we were really saying when he goes to his next White Sox game and Yooooooouk gets up to bat!
I was there, and there is no doubt in my mind what took place. And everyone in the crowd knew it too.

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
