I'm not a big Rahm Emanuel fan, but he did show some class and prove he's not a Republican (but I repeat myself) by admitting he was mistaken when he advised Obama to back off on health care. Doesn't seem to have done him any harm, and he got himself a little press time. Honestly, why is it so hard for anyone with a "-R" after their name to admit that, just maybe, they don't know frickin' everything?
“I told him many times [about] the political cost of doing this and, thank God for the rest of the country he didn’t listen to me.”
“That’s what political leadership is about,” the mayor said

So bravo, brother Rahm, on this shining day, we of the (aspiring) Professional Left salute you. Don't get used to it.
