Hello everyone. A friend of mine shared a link with me for a 10 question quiz on Health Care Reform. It's from the Kaiser Family Foundation. I don't know how long the quiz site has been around, but it only took a minute to run through the 10 questions. What's more interesting is the results page that pops up when you're finished with the quiz..

After you take the quiz, the correct answers are posted, along with a national roll up percentage on the correct answers. For example, on the question regarding the requirement for all small companies (regardless of size) to provide health insurance, only 27% of the survey participants got it correct!
That really tells me a lot, as I don't think your average knuckle dragging right wing nut job is really that computer literate, and since this survey is a voluntary on-line internet survey you would think that whom ever takes it would have at least some learning skills ... well at least enough skills to know how to drive a mouse. The percentages of wrong answers tells me that the right-wing message machine really has made it difficult for progressives to get the good word out on this.
So fellow kosacs, go ahead and give it a shot.
FWIW I got a 8 out of 10 right. I missed one question because of semantics regarding the word 'fine' vs a 'tax' (hint - they mean the same thing in this survey).. and the other question I am happy I missed regarding expanded coverage.
Enjoy!

P.S. I STILL am pissed we don't have single-payer health care, but this is a good start.
