The guy is an asshole, amply demonstrated in his April tirade and his veiled threats that no one took serious anyway.... and now he's trying again to get someone, anyone, to listen to him.

So he gets some ink from that bastion of journalistic excellence, the friggin' Moonie Times.

Here's some Ted nonsense:

Had Chief Justice Roberts voted along with Justice Clarence Thomas and Justice Antonin Scalia like everyone expected, Obamacare would have been struck down by the Supreme Court. That would have put even more wind in the sails of the Romney campaign.
You mean if he had voted along party lines Ted? If only the CHIEF JUSTICE was as backward ass stupid as Ted Nugent, he would have struck down ObamaCare and gone along with our secret diabolical plan to elect Mitt Romney.  Didn't he get the damn memo?

Could there be another reason the smartest guy in the room wrote a 59 page dissertation on the Constitutionality of using government taxing authority to fine people that don't follow the law?

The bottom line is that Chief Justice Roberts‘ traitor vote will ensure more monumental spending and wasted taxes and put almost 15 percent of the nation’s gross domestic product (GDP) under one of the world’s most bureaucratic, ineffective, incompetent and grossly expensive systems ever devised by man: our out-of- control federal government.

Chief Justice Roberts squandered the opportunity to restore judicial, financial and legislative sanity to a government that by any sane person’s standards is insane and addicted to centralized federal control of our lives.

"Traitor Vote"? To disagree with Ted is treason? To dare, as the CHIEF JUSTICE of the Supreme Court, to disagree with Ted, is an offense worthy of hanging?

Hey Ted!!! You BlockHead!!! Perhaps the finest legal minds in America can agree on something; that your statements border on treason. Your threats against the president of the United States of America could be considered treason. You sir, might be the one spouting treasonous remarks especially when you say this:

Because our legislative, judicial and executive branches of government hold the 10th Amendment in contempt, I’m beginning to wonder if it would have been best had the South won the Civil War.
If the South had won the Civil War? Really Ted? You have the gall to suggest that YOU are better prepared to discuss the veracity of the Supreme Court Decision you Constitutional Scholar you, and you opine that perhaps we'd all be better off if only it were impossible for a slave black man to be President.

Ted, you're a dick.

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

What he knows about the workings of the various branches of government could be written on a guitar pick.

He doesn't know how to work the guitar pick very well either, IMHO.

What he really hopes to do is boost his summer tour's ticket sales by getting some attention. Plus he's always had a big mouth.

It does seem to have some elements of higher intellect, but then it just goes to hell when he mentions that perhaps things would be better if the South had won the war.

just coming at us through the fog. For someone originally from Detroit, which has never exactly struck me as a lily-white city, he comes across like someone who was actually born in Mississippi on a plantation circa 1840, and was of an age to be completely clueless in 1865.

It's not going to happen, Ted.  You lost.   Just like you lost the election to Barack Obama.  Just like you lost when you couldn't jettison the Affordable Care Act. you've lost again.  You are a perpetual loser.

I love your music, I really do--and not just the old glory-days stuff.  I thought "Fred Bear" wuz fairly bangin' and I am no hunter.  But you are arguing from false premises here.

Explain to me how "one of the world’s most bureaucratic, ineffective, incompetent and grossly expensive systems," our very own, duly elected "out-of- control federal government," can administer health care with a 3% operating cost while private providers run up 20-30% in overhead?  And explain to me further how the ACA represents any sort of "centralized federal control of our lives" when a majority of the purchases it mandates will be made through private insurers?

Dude, just because the wingnuts agree with you on your firearms fetish, that don't mean they're right about everything else too.  Do a little independent thinking about the healthcare bill and you might find, in your own words,
