More Tagging tips:
A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?
Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.
If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office.
CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.
Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.
Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary:
Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House.
If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state
Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries
that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

I'm sure Mitt wouldn't know anything about them in that case.

going on with the Asians who work in sweatshops making them. They are a cry for help.
Romney went to France instead of serving in our military, got rich chop-shopping US businesses and eliminating US jobs, off-shored his money in the Cayman Islands, and now tells us to "Believe in America."

Ignorance on the part of the masses does not mean an offense was committed here. I am a black man, and if I was uninformed and ignorant, I could see being offended by these shoes. However, a little research, or a memory that can reach back far enough, would understand that these shoes were an homage to a popular childhood toy, "My Pet Monster", complete with "bright orange shackles", cause it's a MONSTER! The shoe designer often draws inspiration from pop culture icons from when he was a child.
This reminds me of the time people got bent out of shape when someone used the tern "niggardly" in response to a budget. It means "stingy or miserly", and has nothing to do with the word it kinda sounds like, but that didn't stop people from getting offended.
I personally would never wear those shoes, they are loud and gaudy and not my style, but i wouldn't get offended if I saw someone wearing them. Some people need to get a clue.

county jail, I though it would be funny to market fake ankle bracelets used to monitor kids on house arrest. That and half of a pair of handcuffs, so you could look bad-ass at parties and such.
In hindsight, maybe not so funny. But still, I picture people getting pulled over by the cops when they're wearing half of a set of handcuffs, and the reaction that would occur.
I bet they would have sold, though.

with their jeans pushed down so their undies are showing... almost as ridiculous as the old trend of wearing too baggy pants they can barely walk in.
I remember back in the 1980's some comedians, maybe it was the Onion or Mad Magazine or somesuch that came up with a joke of a fashion where people wear their undies over their pants, now it's become true.
24/7, it's all 'Great news for Romney!'
