I just watched the wonderful clip of Jon Stewart juxtaposing the demands of the right-wing mouthpieces that Obama produce documentation for....everything, with the Mittsophrenic lack of enthusiasm for producing any documents related to his life. Should Obama do a back-at-you and ask Romney what he would consider fair game documents about himself, that would be acceptable to expose instead of his tax returns?
I'm of the ultra-snotty opinion that American politics have fallen so low that they sound uncomfortably like an extended Craiglist ad or personal ad. Buy my line.
And I think it is true that the current Obama campaign lacks the panache of the first. And the sad truth is you have to beat them with the same size stick. Or schtick.

I've lived in many places, and though the phenomena has rather faded, it always seemed there were 1 or 2 "miscellaneous" drawers--bedside, desk, kitchen--where there was stuff that was beyond the categories which were presently established.
But do the Uber-Wealthy really have things like misc. drawers and shopping lists?
-buy off this person in this country to get access to important minerals, oil, water, etc
-hire a team of rationalizers
-realize: we have to get away with this. we do not understand any other purpose.
