Here's a thought (and I know those are dangerous from time to time)... But if President Obama was saying one month (May of this year) that we needed more investment in roads and bridges, because they were in "desperate need of repair" then how can he turn around and say later (July of this year) that "if you've got a business, somebody else made that happen" referring to the roads and bridges that "somebody" invested in, but which he had previously said are in desperate need of repair? The two thoughts do not seem to add up, or even seem to be able to exist at the same time in the same head. Can someone explain that?
