For the Republican Party to put up a "dreamteam" like this boggles the mind. A party that has traditionally been very concerned about foreign policy, and traditionally beat the Democrats with hammering home the meme that Democrats are weak in this area.
But on Sunday, Romney’s campaign team suggested they were not worried at all about how they match up on foreign policy. Eric Fehrnstrom, a senior Romney adviser, added on CBS’s “Face the Nation" that Ryan’s position as House Budget Committee chairman has given him intimate knowledge of defense spending and initiatives.
Really?
I'm gonna say it right here and now, Sarah Palin had more foreign policy experience that Paul Ryan, at least she could see Russia from her house.
After Romney's disastrous foreign tour you would think that he would choose someone with some kind of foreign policy experience. Seems like they are willing to just farm that out to the leftover Bush Neocon team that they have surrounded themselves with. Do we really want to re-live the disastrous Bush years?
How long will it take for Romney to bomb Iran? We could be involved in another war before next summer.
I don't want to re-live the Bush disaster, and re-live it we will if Romney wins.
