It has often been commented on that if you are against gay marriage, then you don't have to marry someone of the same sex. Seems to me that we could take this concept into some of the other vexing issues of today's politics. For instance, if you are a man and are against abortion and birth control, then you don't have an abortion and don't need use birth control. (Just remember, that all 50 states have child support laws which everyone who receives a paycheck is required to follow - unless you are a Congressman.)
I have to admit that it really makes my blood boil when politicians decide to make medical decisions. Perhaps we should start asking our doctors to write our tax codes.
