Today, I'm calling Virginians on behalf of the Obama campaign to identify our voters and encourage some additional volunteers. From the campaign:
You’re set to call into Virginia because the election there could come down to just a few votes.
Ever wondered how to use the online call tool?
Just log-in to the campaign Dashboard and follow the script: https://dashboard.barackobama.com
You can pick whatever state you want to call and select from a couple of different scripts.
Some resources I keep open while calling:
The state's GottaVote page (a website run by Obama's camp): http://GottaVote.org/
Depending on the state, I tell Obama voters about ID requirements. Also, if somebody needs to register, they can go to http://GottaRegister.org/
Obama webpage for the state: http://www.barackobama.com/...
I skim this before calling.
Searchable list of campaign offices:

Searchable list of upcoming campaign events:

Final tip: If you're nervous, just get through the first three calls. That's my threshold for settling down.

Also, Elizabeth Warren (link) and Tim Kaine (link) both have online call campaigns that are easy to access.

Yes we can
We have to.
4:20 PM PT: Calling VA today was unproductive with nobody picking up the phone... I switched to calling WI and that worked out better.
