Wendy Rosen, challenging Andy Harris (R) in Maryland's 1st District, is out.
The allegation is ... voter fraud.

However, Rosen was a longtime Republican who described herself in many appearances as a "recovering Republican."
It is not yet clear when she changed her registration to Democrat, and whether she changed it in both Florida and Maryland. That would be interesting to see.
You can't make this stuff up. You have to wonder how it is that people go this far out of bounds and still think they'll skate by without anyone noticing.
State law allows a micro-convention of county Democratic central committees in the 1st District to vote on a replacement. The deadline is 40 days before the general election.
Rosen defeated John LaFerla of Chestertown in the primary election.
