According to this report in Mother Jones, Mr. Romney, you told a group of wealthy donors that because I have made up my mind about this presidential election that I am dependent on government and that I pay no income taxes. This is what you said:
There are 47 percent of the people who will vote for the president no matter what. All right, there are 47 percent who are with him, who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe the government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you-name-it. That that's an entitlement. And the government should give it to them. And they will vote for this president no matter what…These are people who pay no income tax.
Of course, little things like facts have never stopped you from making bold assertions, even when they are lies.
Lies like nearly two-thirds of households that paid no income taxes paid payroll taxes.
Or lies like that, of the remaining third who do pay no income tax or payroll taxes, nearly all of them are elderly ( >65 years old) or make less than $20,000 a year.
Or lies like you are not dependent on government.
Or lies like I do not pay income taxes, when, in fact, because my marital status is unrecognized by the federal government, I pay on average $6000 more than does a straight couple.
No, lies never stopped you before and they won't stop you until November 6. Because, you see, your lies also don't stop us from seeing what a complete and total DICK you are. #worstpresidentialcandidateever
