Needless to say, this is good news for John McCain!
The ACLU likes the ruling:
In a much-anticipated ruling, Commonwealth Court Judge Robert E. Simpson Jr. ordered that voters without government-issued photo ID should be allowed to cast regular ballots.
"That's a huge win," said Witold J. Walczak, an attorney with the ACLU of Pennsylvania, "because last week the judge was suggesting that he was going to have every [voter without ID] vote provisionally."
But man, this Republican-friendly judge sure lacks a basic sense of logic:
At the same time, the judge specifically ruled to allow the state to continue its education and advertising campaign, which currently tells voters that IDs are required.

Uh, yeah.... tell voters that they need an I.D. while they don't need an I.D. yet. Any sensible person would think that that makes sense, right?
Where do they get these guys?
Speaking of which, where do the villagers find the idiots who can come up with non-sensical paragraphs like the one found in a U.S.A. Today article about the Penn. voter i.d. law being postponed:
Pennsylvania, a swing state, has 20 electoral votes up for grabs. President Obama is leading statewide opinion polls by an average of 8 points, according to six recent surveys compiled by RealClearPolitics. Mitt Romney said during a recent campaign stop in Pennsylvania that he believes he can carry the state.

I guess that an 8 point lead magically turns into a "swing state" when you're trying to sell the "tight race" narrative.....
