No, this isn't a "the polls are skewed" post, just an interesting note in ARG's latest national poll showing Romney leading 48-47. Just looking at the ethnic breakdown they provide, Romney is winning whites by 12 points and Obama is winning African Americans by 91 points. These numbers are almost exactly the same as the 2008 exit polls. Even the proportion of whites (78%) and African Americans (12%) are roughly similar to 2008 exit polls, so how is Romney winning? Well just doing a little math, Romney would have to be winning the additional 10% of non-white non-black population (mostly Hispanic presumably) by about 25 points, which is highly dubious. Make of it what you will.
